Ward Group Investments acquires Merrington Industrial Estate in £8m deal

Ward Group Investments completed the £8m acquisition of Merrington Industrial Estate in Spennymoor, County Durham, marking the first purchase under the Ward Group Investments brand.

The estate comprises 10 fully occupied industrial units and is home to businesses including Engineered Foam Products, NE Logistics, UK Storage Vaults and Stiller Warehousing & Distribution.

The acquisition marked an important step in the Group’s growth strategy, establishing a strong industrial asset within its wider portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to continued investment across the North East.
