Andrew first established Workwear Express in 1990, building it from nothing into one of the UK's leading online workwear suppliers. That commercial experience, and the capital it generated, became the foundation for Ward Group Investments, established in the early 2000s.
Today, the group owns and manages a portfolio of more than £200 million, with over 200 commercial occupiers across its managed properties, and continues to grow through further acquisitions across the UK.

TradeSpaces is Ward Group's industrial and open storage platform, offering businesses well-located, practical premises across the UK. Managed directly by Ward Group, TradeSpaces units are maintained to a high standard and let on commercially sensible terms.
