Michael Adams

Michael Adams is a dedicated and highly motivated Facilities Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering, maintenance, and facilities management. After leaving school, Michael began his career as an electrician, building a solid foundation of technical expertise and practical experience.

Michael later joined Ward Group as a Maintenance Engineer. His commitment, determination, and ability to deliver results led to a rapid progression within the business. After just 18 months, he was promoted to Maintenance Manager, where he took responsibility for leading maintenance operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. More recently, Michael has been promoted to Facilities Manager, overseeing the management of facilities and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant working environments.

Outside of work, Michael dedicates much of his time to coaching Under-11s at the Foundation of Light, where he enjoys helping young people develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork both on and off the pitch.
