As Head of Finance for the Group, Lynne is CIMA qualified and brings extensive financial expertise gained across a diverse range of industries. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, ensuring the effective management of invoice processing, credit control, management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial control. In addition to her finance responsibilities, she leads the HR function, supporting the business through strategic people management and operational excellence. Her broad experience and collaborative approach help drive financial performance, maintain strong governance, and support the Group’s continued growth.
