Katy is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in Capital Markets and Commercial Investment having worked for leading property consultants Knight Frank and Cushman and Wakefield. Responsible for the strategic management of the commercial portfolio, Katy focuses on acquisitions & disposals, leasing, asset management and lease renewals.
Adopting a commercially focused and strategic approach, she works closely with the CEO to identify opportunities, enhance asset performance and maximise long-term investment value.
